A meet that the Islanders need to get behind them; a meet that "heads were not in the game".  Alex Hart lead the boys to an 8th place finish.  Seth Meharg did not run because of blister problems and Colin Appel developed a side ache that significantly hampered his efforts.  On the girls side, Hailey Schmidt once again lead the girls.  Focus on the meet certainly wasn't present with a week of "interruptions" (three days of Parent-Teacher conferences with 2:00PM dismissals and Friday off).
