Wii Week introduces Dodge students to new games

It’s Wii Week at Dodge Elementary School.

All Dodge students are getting three chances during their physical education classes this week to play Wii video games, which include boxing, bowling, golf, tennis and baseball.

In a typical week, some Dodge students would get three P.E. classes and others would get just two as part of the normal “odd-even” system of scheduling, said Ryan Hansen, Dodge physical education teacher.

But giving some students three opportunities to play Wii games while giving other kids only two chances would not have gone over well with the kids who had just two P.E. classes, Hansen said.  Full Story
