Wii games complement phys ed

Ten thousand steps a day.

Ryan Hansen, Dodge Elementary physical education teacher, said research has shown that kids need 10,000 steps per day to keep healthy.

Those steps can come from regular activities such as walking between classrooms, playing at recess and playing outdoors after school.  Full Story
