West Lawn receives flag for supporting troops

West Lawn Elementary students and their business partner, the Principal Financial Group, were honored Tuesday morning for their support of troops serving in Iraq.

Students and employees at the Principal sent more than 380 pounds of items such as hard candies, powdered drink mixes, moist towelettes, lotions and sundry toiletries to troops serving at Camp Victory in Iraq.

Students also wrote many letters to the service personnel working at that base.  Full Story
