Phase I will provide a new Lincoln third-grade teacher, a Jefferson kindergarten and first-grade teacher, a Starr third grade teacher, high school social studies, English language learner and special education teachers and three preschool teachers.

It also expands the number of AP economics classes taught at Senior High and adds a half-time daily living program teacher at Walnut Middle School and half-time special education teacher at Knickrehm Elementary.
