The
Grand Island school board will go into a closed door session Thursday
night to discuss salaries for its employees for the 2008-09 school year.
If the board accepts recommendations on proposed salaries, it will
come out of the closed door meeting and vote for compensation packages
for classified employees such as secretaries, food service workers,
maintenance employees and others; certified employees or teachers;
