GISH registration set for Aug. 4-6

Registration and enrollment verification for Grand Island Senior High School students will be Aug. 4 through Aug. 6 in the commons area at the school.

Parents and students are asked to bring the completed registration packets they received in the mail. Grand Island Senior High School will open the 2009-2010 school year on Aug. 19 for ninth-graders and Aug. 20 for students in 10th grade through 12th grade.

By state regulations, all students are required to have appropriate immunizations or have a medical or religious waiver on file with the school prior to the start of school.

Student photographs will be taken at registration for student identification cards and the yearbook. Students are asked to dress appropriately.  Full Story
