Four apply for school board

Four people have applied for the Grand Island school board seat vacated by Lynne Werner, who had to resign from her Ward B position because she moved to another ward in the school district.
The four applicants for the job are Randy Blair, 1901 W. Louise; Jeb Wolsleben, 109 S. Kimball; Nick Valle, 1609 Roberta Ave.; and Mike Bockoven, 1528 Windsor Road.
Blair is executive director of College Park, Wolsleben said his most recent employment was with the Hall County treasurer’s office, Valle is an attorney in Hastings with a satellite office in Grand Island, and Bockoven is marketing director for Stuhr Museum.
