Walnut Middle School sponsoring Outdoor Expo
Walnut Middle School's fifth annual Tri-City Kids Outdoor Expo will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, April 28, at the school at 1600 N. Custer Ave.
Students and their parents will have the opportunity to talk to various outdoor sports experts to get tips on topics such as places to fish, how to fish area lakes, fly fishing, camping, and boater safety. Adults must accompany youth attending the Outdoor Expo.
Boats, campers, and fishing tackle will be displayed at the school at 1600 N. Custer. Hands-on activities, concessions, and prizes will be available. All youth ages 15 and under who attend will receive a free ticket to enter a drawing for a Nebraska lifetime fishing permit, valued at $325.
