Shoemaker Elementary School donating more than $600 to Crisis Center

Shoemaker Elementary School students will present a check for more than $600 to representatives from the Crisis Center at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, in the school's gym at 4160 Old Potash Highway.

The school's students collected coins for the Crisis Center as one of the school's monthly community service projects, Principal Toni Palmer said. Each month, the school's Student Ambassadors choose a different community service project in which all students can be involved.
