New G.I. Public Schools administrators start school year
Grand Island Public Schools has a number of administrators with new assignments and also new administrators for the 2010-2011 school year, Director of Human Resources Wayne Stelk said.
The administrators and their job titles are:
*Interim Superintendent: Dr. Harrison Cass, Jr.
*Associate Superintendent for Student Services: Dr. Robin Dexter
*Director of Student Services: Toni Palmer
*Director of Secondary Education: Jeff Gilbertson
*ELA/Migrant Services Coordinator: Amanda Levos
*Shoemaker Elementary School Principal: Lee Wolfe
*Seedling Mile Elementary School Principal: Steve Retzlaff
*Barr Middle School Principal: Brian Kort
*Barr Middle School Assistant Principal: Josh McDowell
*Walnut Middle School Assistant Principal: D.W. Holley, Jr.
*Middle School Dean of Students: Calvin Hubbard
*High School Assistant Principal: Maggie Mintken
*High School Dean of Students: Ron Hester
*High School Special Education Supervisor: Daria Pierorazio
