Middle-schoolers learn to cope with stressors

Pressure, or stress, is an unavoidable part of life - even for middle school students.

But middle school students can find healthy ways of dealing with pressure.

That was the day's lesson for 125 middle school students who attended Wednesday's third annual Middle School Youth Congress, titled "Overwhelmed and Under Stress," at the Evangelical Free Church in Grand Island.  Full Story
