G.I. Public Schools sponsoring middle school choral clinic and concert
Approximately 180 students from Barr, Walnut, and Westridge Middle School will participate in a choral clinic and concert Monday, Feb. 22, at Grand Island Senior High School.
The selected students will attend a choral clinic from 8 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Feb. 22 at the high school at 2124 N. Lafayette Ave., then return for a concert at 7 p.m. Feb. 22, said Kay Lyons, a vocal music teacher at Walnut Middle School.
The concert will last approximately 25 minutes, and there is no admission charge.
Adam Lambert and Taylor Jones, the vocal music teachers at the high school, will direct the day's activities.
