Elementary Rope Jump-Along scheduled for G.I. Public Schools

Fourth- and fifth-graders will participate in the Grand Island Public Schools' annual Rope Jump-Along Monday, Oct. 26, at Grand Island Senior High School.

Students will compete in skills tests including 10-second speed jumping, continuous crossovers, continuous double-unders, crossover endurance, and endurance jumping.

The event will occur from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 26 in the high school's West Gym at 2124 N. Lafayette Ave. The event is open to the public, and there is no admission charge.
