Barr Middle School sponsoring Parent Awareness Night
Barr Middle School is hosting a Parent Awareness Night from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, at the school at 602 W. Stolley Park Road.
"Walking tacos" will be served at 6 p.m. March 3, and a free-will donation will be accepted. A pie-eating contest involving contestants from Barr, Walnut, and Westridge Middle Schools will occur at 6:30 p.m. March 3.
Grand Island Police Sgt. Dale Hilderbrand will give a drug awareness presentation at 7 p.m. March 3 at the school.
Childcare for younger siblings of Barr students will be provided.
